Your responsibilities
El Gerente de Distrito de Fuerza de Ventas Médicas es responsable de liderar y gestionar un equipo de representantes de ventas médicas en el área de nutrición, con un enfoque en fórmulas infantiles. Este rol requiere la implementación de estrategias de ventas efectivas, el desarrollo de relaciones clave con stakeholders clínicos y no clínicos, maximizando de las oportunidades de mercado aprovechando el enfoque omnicanal. El Gerente de Distrito se asegurará de que el equipo cumpla con los objetivos de negocio, manteniendo la excelencia operativa, garantizando el cumplimiento normativo y de compliance vigente. Asegurando la calidad y cantidad de visitas consultorios e instituciones hospitalarias.
- Seguimiento a Lagging y Leading KPI's
- Monitoreo de Resultados de Negocio (visitas diarias, instituciones, apego a parrilla promocional, tiempo, frecuencia y secuencia de visitas, así como SOM y SOP para evaluar el desempeño del equipo en relación con las metas establecidas)
- Evaluación del cumplimiento de objetivos mediante análisis de auditorías DDD, Close Up, Sell Through
- Tendencias de ventas, patrones y áreas de mejora, así como reportes de ventas
- Penetración y adopción de marca, clientes clave, estrategias, satisfacción de clientes y nuevas oportunidades de negocio
- Monitoreo y acompañamiento de las actividades de campo, así como el aseguramiento de la correcta ejecución y estándares de desempeño
- Capacitación y desarrollo

The experience we're looking for
- Licenciatura en nutrición, ciencias médicas. Administración o afín
- Inglés Intermedio
- Deseable conocimiento de fórmulas infantiles y nutrición, así como de los mercados y sectores médico, hospitalario y farmacéutico
- Auditorías (DDD, ATV, Close Up)
- Negociación, ventas, manejo de territorio y elaboración de planes de negocio
- Gestión de equipos de ventas
