ESPECIALISTA CUSTOMER SERVICE TEMPORAL.

Zona de Trabajo: Tlalnepantla, Estado de México.

Perfil del Talento

Ing. En logística o Transporte, Lic. en Administración, Ing. Industrial o afín.

Experiencia: 2 años.

EXPERIENCIA:

  • Experiencia en operación XD de canal mayorista y abarrotero.
  • Cubicaje de unidades.
  • Experiencia en la operación de cruce de anden para clientes mayoristas abarroteros.
  • Procesamiento de citas
  • Manejo de Oracle/SAP

FUNCIONES:

  • Cubicaje y armado de unidades en función de la OC recibida.
  • Experiencia en la operación de cruce de anden para clientes mayoristas abarroteros.
  • Procesamiento de citas.
  • Conocimiento en interpretación y análisis de la cadena (Puntos de entrega, Requisitos Especiales Facturas & XML,OC Impresa Maniobras y Promotores).
  • Validación de archivos de bases de datos (Excel).
  • Gestion y solución de incidencia en el ciclo de la OC.
  • Conocimientos en Logistica inversa.
  • Elaborar, entender e interpretar los KPI´S del cliente (Fill Rate, OTD, OTIF), manteniendo actualizada la información.
