Sales Team Leader

What you'll do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of SDRs to consistently meet KPIs and metrics
- Monitor performance (NPS, CSAT, FCR, adherence, attrition) and implement improvement plans
- Support daily operations, handle escalations, and assist with customer and employee issues
- Provide ongoing feedback, performance reviews, and development through coaching and QA
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead in a contact center environment
- C1+ English level
- Sales and customer service experience (inbound & outbound)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Must live in Guadalajara's Metropolitan Zone
