Join our Dispatch team and become the essential link that keeps every shipment on track. You'll work directly with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly, issues are resolved quickly, and deliveries happen on time — every time.

Your communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and operational success.

What You'll Be Doing

Order Processing

Accurately process customer orders, ensuring proper documentation, order confirmation, and compliance with company procedures.

Issue Resolution

Handle customer complaints and disputes efficiently by collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions that ensure satisfaction.

Coordination with Operations

Work closely with the operations team to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and transportation schedules, resolving any logistics challenges that may arise.

Customer Satisfaction Measurement

Collect and analyze customer feedback, track satisfaction levels, and collaborate with management to enhance service quality and strengthen customer loyalty.
