YOUR TASKS
Objetivo Del Puesto
Liderar el equipo de ingeniería de manufactura, asegurando la correcta introducción de nuevos proyectos, cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y mejora continua en procesos de producción.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Asegurar que los productos cumplan con indicadores de calidad y performance.
  • Garantizar que la ingeniería esté alineada con los costos definidos.
  • Desarrollar y entrenar al equipo de ingenieros de manufactura.
  • Introducir nuevos procesos y cambios de ingeniería en líneas de producción.
  • Administrar presupuestos para inversiones y gastos (Capex y Opex).
  • Industrializar nuevos proyectos desde cotización hasta fin de producción.
  • Mejorar procesos (OEE, ramp-up, scrap) y aplicar metodologías de calidad (APQP, AMEF, PPAP).

Your Qualifications
Perfil ideal:

  • Ingeniería concluida (Electrónica, Mecatrónica, Industrial o afín) con experiencia comprobable.
  • 5–6 años liderando equipos en líneas de ensamble electrónico y procesos automáticos (robots).
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
  • Conocimiento en IATF y normativas automotrices.
  • Habilidad para liderazgo, gestión de proyectos y mejora continua.
