Administrative Assistant.
We are looking for graduates with a degree in accounting or business administration to break down logistics expenses by client, extracting information from invoices and accurately reconciling them in the ERP system.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or Logistics.
Intermediate to advanced English (assessment required).
Experience with accounting entries or expense tracking software.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Odoo is desirable.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
Review invoices to extract logistics costs per client.
Record the logistics cost for each client in the system.
Verify that the total logistics expenses paid on invoices correspond to the logistics costs per client.
Maintain basic accounting records.
