Simón es una EdTech de impacto que busca convertirse en el copiloto de la fuerza laboral en Latinoamérica. Nuestra misión es que millones de trabajadores y empresas se enamoren de aprender, desarrollen nuevas habilidades y generen un impacto económico tangible.

Como Head of Operations & Growth serás co-arquitecta/o del plan de escalabilidad de Simón, diseñando la estrategia de crecimiento para el canal Self-Serve y la estructura operativa que nos llevará de miles a millones de usuarios rápido.

Qué se espera del puesto

Crecimiento y eficiencia a toda costa. Liderar dos frentes clave de la compañía, con la visión de impactar directamente la forma en que millones de trabajadores en LatAm aprenden y crecen, al construir la columna vertebral operativa y de crecimiento de Simón:

  • Diseñar, mantener y comunicar modelos de reporting que midan desempeño del producto y del negocio.
  • Identificar cuellos de botella en procesos internos y proponer mejoras escalables y automatizables.
  • Analizar datos de comportamiento de usuarios para detectar oportunidades, blind spots y nuevas herramientas buscando maximizar el NPS
  • Generar aprendizajes que informen y retroalimenten a todas las áreas (Producto, Tech, Content, Learning, Comercial).
  • Liderar la estrategia de adopción y operación de nuestra nueva plataforma
    Self-Serve

, un stream de revenue clave para Simón.
- Coordinar esfuerzos cross-funcionales (marketing, producto, contenido, tech y learning) para impulsar adopción, uso y crecimiento.
- Diseñar experimentos de adquisición, retención y monetización con enfoque data-driven.
- Convertir el canal Self-Serve en una solución escalable y sostenible, integrando feedback de clientes y usuarios.
- Diseñar procesos apalancando herramientas de AI para reducir costos, acelerar aprendizajes y escalar impacto

Qué habilidades y competencias se necesitan

  • 5+ años de experiencia en roles de operaciones, growth o estrategia en startups tech o scaleups.
  • Mentalidad analítica y data-driven: cómodo con dashboards, modelos financieros y métricas de negocio.
  • Capacidad de pensar en escalabilidad y procesos, sin perder velocidad ni flexibilidad.
  • Experiencia en modelos de negocio SaaS, freemium o suscripciones B2B / B2C
  • Estratega capaz de diseñar hipótesis, probar, medir y ajustar rápido.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo informar para inspirar una cultura data-driven
  • Pasión por la tecnología, la educación y por resolver problemas reales de usuarios.
  • Autonomía, proactividad y comodidad en entornos de alta ambigüedad.
  • Excel avanzado
