Remote location: Mexico.
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in application solution and building integrated systems throughout the entire life-cycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience identifying, assessing, estimating, and resolving business issues, particularly those involving variable factors.
  • Experience working with database technologies (standalone and cloud-based) and using SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience in supply chain or project controls.
  • Understanding of software development, build, and deployment processes, with the ability to work with developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to understand and apply concepts of a Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) model (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) and its associated artifacts.

The team identifies time-consuming internal processes and then builds solutions that are reliable and scalable enough to work within the size and scope of the company. You translate Googler needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. Whether battling system processes or leveraging our homegrown suite of Google products for Googlers themselves, you help Googlers work faster and more efficiently.

You make sure our users' needs are met by determining application designs and feature requirements for product. You write and troubleshooting code, implement and test new tools and diagnose root causes of technical issues.

With your technical expertise, you will build business applications and influence the design of features that improve the reliability of applications and systems. You will also define the scope of technical projects and oversee execution.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you are focused on the execution and delivery of implementations with frequent guidance, against a more broadly articulated roadmap and strategy. You will translate Googler needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems, and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation.Google Cloud accelerates every organization's ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
  • Gather requirements by partnering with business stakeholders to define product requirements, bringing clarity by conducting workshops to build solutions for business problems, and identifying, gathering, documenting requirements for process improvement or new workflows.
  • Design and collaborate with lead Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) on solution designs, selecting appropriate approaches from clear options to provide solution designs that marry the right technology to best meet user, quality, and sustainability requirements.
  • Implement solutions by partnering with internal business teams and application engineers to successfully implement solutions, working with engineering teams to drive the design, development, and recommendation of systems and work processes that help Googlers work faster and more efficiently.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for system solution designs, configurations, test strategy, test plans, issue resolution, delivering requirements, functional specifications, and test cases while working with a well-defined user group.
