SOBRE EL PUESTO Y EL EQUIPO:

En The Knot Worldwide, estamos buscando un/a Customer Care Support para nuestro equipo de Ventas en Mexico.
La persona ideal aportará experiencia en atención al cliente B2B, habilidades destacadas de escucha, comprensión de las necesidades de los clientes y sólidas competencias interpersonales.

RESPONSABILIDADES:
  • Gestión de clientes B2B, incluyendo soporte postventa, fidelización, capacitación y atención personalizada de alta calidad.
  • Atención telefónica y por correo electrónico a clientes B2B.
  • Gestión de productos adicionales adquiridos por los clientes.
  • Coordinación con otros departamentos y áreas de la empresa para la resolución y gestión de problemas relacionados con los clientes.
  • Ser orientado a la acción y los resultados.
LOS/AS CANDIDATOS/AS EXITOSOS/AS POSEEN:
  • Residencia en la región metropolitana de Ciudad de Mexico.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en atención al cliente, preferiblemente con clientes B2B.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Deseable experiencia con bases de datos (CRM).
  • Alta capacidad de organización, atención a los detalles y resolución de problemas.
  • Persona autónoma, empática, perseverante, flexible y con una fuerte ética de trabajo.
  • Disposición para trabajar en contextos multiculturales, estructurados y dinámicos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y alcanzar resultados colectivos.
  • Nivel intermedio de inglés
WORK MODEL:

This role is fully remote and not tied to any specific office location. While there are no regular in-office requirements, we encourage our remote team members to gather intentionally for key company and team events to stay connected and engaged.
