Descripción del puesto
Como Asistente de Operaciones en XB Fulfillment, apoyarás en la gestión y ejecución de las operaciones diarias, asegurando una logística fluida y eficiente. Tus responsabilidades incluirán la coordinación de procesos operativos, análisis de datos para mejorar la productividad y proporcionar soporte directo a los equipos de servicio al cliente. Este puesto es de tiempo completo y se desarrolla de manera presencial en nuestra sede de Reynosa, TAM.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en operaciones y gestión de operaciones para optimizar procesos y garantizar la eficiencia.
  • Habilidad analítica para interpretar datos y proponer soluciones estratégicas.
  • Excelentes aptitudes de comunicación, tanto interpersonales como escritas, para colaborar entre equipos y clientes.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en servicio al cliente, asegurando la satisfacción del mismo.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en logística, gestión de la cadena de suministro o cumplimiento de pedidos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y adaptarse rápidamente a entornos dinámicos.
