Our next Operations E-commerce Coordinator, LATAM, will manage and improve the transportation and logistics operations for our ecommerce business in Latin America. You will ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions, aligned with industry's best practices, to enhance customer satisfaction and support the growth of our ecommerce operations.

About this role:

  • You will focus on negotiating competitive rates with carriers, carrier performance management, and strategic optimization logic that improves our operating profitability and decreases our Click to Deliver lead-times.
  • You will have tactical communication with external customers (Carriers, Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, IT, Finance, Distribution Centers) to meet critical needs, while measuring and identifying activities performed.
  • You will repare weekly/monthly reports on Carrier related Indicators, analyze, identify outliers and engage with carriers to identify the cause. Communicate trends, problems and solutions to partners.
  • You will develop and/or refer to performance metrics to lead e-commerce performance and results.
  • You will Identify the business impact of trends and making data-based decisions.

About you:

  • The company will require excellent communication, both verbal and written, to create a narrative outline of weekly/monthly findings and KPI reports.
  • Ability to pull data from numerous databases and develop performance metrics (using Excel and/or other data management systems) and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis that the LATAM Team will share and review.
  • Should be flexible to adapt to support a operating environment.
  • Escalate problems or variances in the data to the relevant owners and following through on resolutions.
  • Own process/business level reports/actions and diving compliance.
  • Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks (before they become roadblocks)
  • Implement/deploy data visualization or communication tools (e.g., metrics dashboards, decks, flashes)
