Content & Social Media Manager — TEVA Wellness Lifestyle (Polanco, CDMX)

Teva is not "just another gym." We're a premium wellness lifestyle space with a capped membership, elite amenities, and a brand that needs to 
feel
 as elevated as the experience inside our doors.

That means we need someone who can think, create, and execute at that same level — without being babysat, handheld, or nagged.

Role Overview

We're looking for a 
Content & Social Media Manager
 who lives and breathes fitness, wellness, and luxury branding. Someone who can walk into Teva, immediately see what should be captured, and turn it into scroll-stopping content and campaigns that actually convert. You must be strategic, fast, creativo/a, and absolutely rock-solid with Meta + TikTok paid campaigns.

If you need micromanagement, constant reminders, or "inspiration boards" to function… this is not the job for you.

Responsibilities
Content Creation & Branding

  • Create 
    high-quality photos and videos
     inside the club daily (classes, PT, treatments, lifestyle shots, behind-the-scenes, founders' content).
  • Edit content using 
    Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut
    , and other relevant tools.
  • Maintain a consistent 
    luxury, wellness-focused brand aesthetic
     aligned with Teva's premium positioning.
  • Develop original concepts for 
    carousels, reels, TikToks, stories, and branded series
    .

Campaign Ideation & Execution

  • Plan inspiring, trend-aware 
    campaigns for Meta and TikTok
     (organic + paid).
  • Launch, optimize, and scale 
    paid ads
    , demonstrating clear understanding of audiences, lookalikes, retargeting, and high-net-worth user behavior.
  • Work closely with leadership on 
    conversion-focused campaigns
     (tours, events, day passes, openings).

Social Media Growth & Engagement

  • Strategically grow Teva's 
    followers, reach, and engagement
     on Instagram and TikTok.
  • Implement daily engagement routines (DMs, comments, collaborations, influencer outreach).
  • Monitor and jump on 
    industry trends
     in wellness, fitness, longevity, and lifestyle luxury.

Autonomous Creative Ownership

  • Operate with 
    full initiative
     — no micromanagement.
  • Pitch new ideas weekly and execute them end-to-end.
  • Keep the content calendar full, relevant, and aligned with business goals.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Expert-level content creation
    : filming, photography, editing.
  • Advanced skill with 
    Adobe, Canva, CapCut
    , and similar tools.
  • Proven track record
     running successful 
    Meta + TikTok ad campaigns
    .
  • Experience growing social media accounts in the 
    fitness, wellness, or luxury lifestyle
     spaces.
  • Portfolio demonstrating 
    creative storytelling + commercial results
    .
  • Able to work onsite in Polanco and capture daily content.
  • Self-starter: works independently, thinks proactively, never waits to be told what to do.
  • Personal interest in fitness, wellness, longevity, or lifestyle luxury.
  • Strong understanding of 
    HNWI (High-Net-Worth Individual)
     consumer behavior — or willing to learn fast.

Preferred

  • Experience in boutique gyms, wellness centers, spas, or luxury hospitality.
  • Comfort working around founders and executives.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
