Creative Marketing Lead – Luxury Wellness (Full Time, Onsite – Polanco)

Teva Wellness Lifestyle is not "just a gym."

We are a premium wellness club in the heart of Polanco with a strictly limited membership, world-class equipment, and an elevated atmosphere designed for people who value exclusivity, beauty, and longevity.

We're now looking for a Creative Marketing Lead — someone who can bring Teva's luxury brand to life online and build the digital identity that matches the experience inside our doors.

This is a senior-level creative role.

You will not be alone — you will be supported by our Junior Content Creator, who will help handle daily filming, capturing raw content, and simple edits.

Your job is to shape the brand, refine the aesthetic, and produce premium visual storytelling across all platforms.

Social Media Campaign Experience (Required)

You must have proven experience creating and executing full social media campaigns, not just posting content. This includes:


• Developing campaign concepts aligned with brand goals


• Producing premium campaign visuals (videos, reels, brand content)


• Coordinating organic + paid strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta


• Managing ad creatives that convert (even if the media buyer runs the backend)


• Analyzing performance, optimizing creative assets, and reporting outcomes


• Leading campaigns around launches, events, membership pushes, and brand storytelling


• Understanding audience behavior, funnel stages, and luxury consumer psychology

This role requires someone who can design a campaign from scratch, produce the creative assets, and ensure they perform — not just someone who edits videos.

Your Role

You will lead and execute all high-level creative output:


• Own the visual identity of Teva online


• Edit premium-quality reels, videos, and campaigns


• Create a consistent, beautiful, elevated aesthetic


• Lead creative direction for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube


• Build the brand through storytelling, visuals, and luxury tone


• Translate the Teva in-club experience into digital content


• Produce high-level campaigns for launches, events, and membership pushes


• Direct and mentor the Junior Creator (daily filming, fast edits, community)


• Manage the content calendar and creative production pipeline


• Oversee all digital brand consistency


• Bring fresh ideas, creative strategy, and luxury visual standards
