Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

This dynamic Brand Content Account Executive role requires a person with a do-what-it takes attitude who can wear various hats from concepting, brainstorming, evaluating design and creatives ideas, providing strategic planning, and being the liaison between the Content Design Team and the Sales Brand Teams. In this role, you will be the face of the in-house content development team for FRITO-LAY NORTH AMERICA that is driving creative versioning of multiple communication assets in this super-fast-paced environment. It is imperative that you are detailed-oriented, can anticipate and solve problems, build client trust, have knowledge of sales campaign budgeting and basic trade marketing, and meet stringent deadlines.

Your Impact

  • Kickstart timeline development by providing a due date and client mandatories to project management and ensure that timeline meets both team and client needs.
  • Lead overall growth and development of accounts across Frito-Lay North America portfolio of brands.
  • Translate the Sales Brand Teams brief to the creative / design team.
  • Apply your experience and understanding of agency processes to encourage constructive and proactive planning.
  • Being sufficiently informed and personally involved, ensuring sound planning, good service and a solid client/in-house agency relationship.
  • Keeping management informed of the status of his accounts, problems, plans and meetings, as well as involving Management personnel at key times.
  • Inform and review project estimates to ensure they're realistic, comprehensive, and fit within the overall SOW.
  • Uses knowledge of advertising production processes in all type of deliverables (video, print, banner ads, outdoor, digital, logos, branded content, etc.), specially on POD (Print On Demand) and POS (Point of Sale) elements.
  • Insures the timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to assure earnings, growth, and profit goals are achieved.
  • Executes duties and assignments as directed in compliance with corporate guidelines and objectives.
  • Maintains open and complete communications of Client issues with functional leaders and corporate management.
  • Keeps good track of all projects within internal trackers and internal management tool (budgeting, total program costs, worked-hours, etc.).

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Marketing professional with 2-3 years of experience in agency account management and/or experience in a closely related field.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Language proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint and Project Management Tools.
  • Strong track record of demonstrating ability to oversee a range of accounts and projects with detail-oriented lens.
  • Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity. Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything while leading creative / design teams and managing agency product.
  • Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules and work independently with little direction.
  • Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making.
