Somos la primera aceleradora de talento especializada en enfermería, acompañando a nuestros candidatos desde el aprendizaje del inglés y la certificación internacional, hasta su contratación y reubicación.

Buscamos un(a) Coordinador/a de Migración con alto nivel de energía, curiosidad y enfoque en resultados. Serás responsable de guiar y asegurar el éxito del proceso de homologación, preparación y obtención de licencias, y gestión de visas para enfermeros mexicanos que buscan ejercer en Estados Unidos.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinar el proceso de homologación de títulos de la licenciatura en enfermería en Estados Unidos.
  • Guiar y apoyar a los enfermeros a través de mentorías, resolviendo dudas y manteniendo su motivación.
  • Gestionar el flujo de procesos, realizar proyecciones y reportes que garanticen el avance de cada candidato
  • Gestionar la obtención de la licencia de enfermería para Estados Unidos
  • Colaborar con abogados para preparar las aplicaciones de la visa (Visa TN) e internalizar aprendizajes dentro de Nunnas para crear la función de aplicación y gestión de visas internamente
  • Acompañar a los enfermeros en cada etapa de su transición hacia nuevas oportunidades laborales en EE.UU

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en derecho
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en procesos administrativos y gestión de proyectos
  • Conocimiento de procesos de migración a Estados Unidos (deseable)
  • Excelente manejo del idioma inglés
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
  • Organización y atención al detalle, con capacidad para gestionar múltiples casos simultáneamente
  • Proactividad, orientación a resultados y resiliencia
  • Manejo de bases de datos y plataformas de gestión de proyectos
  • Interés por desarrollar talento humano y por ayudar a personas a acceder a nuevas oportunidades
