The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to ensure on-time deliveries and optimal demand planning performance across our operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer demand, shipment plans, and past-due performance.
  2. Ensure the timely supply of raw materials and inputs to meet the production schedule
  3. Integration of customer, supplier, and pricing databases to support decision-making
  4. Control and tracking shipments
  5. Production and material control based on specific requirements
  6. Control of finished product inventories and efficient resource utilization
  7. Daily review/monitoring of client portals
  8. Ensure availability of empty packaging in plants for finished product
  9. Monitor / Follow communication systems with clients in system

What skills and qualifications should you ideally have to become part of our team?

  1. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  2. 3 years of experience in Logistics, Planning, or Customer Service (Essential)
    .
  3. Customer portals (Essential for OEM / Tier 1)
  4. High English level (Essential)
  5. Knowledge in process related to the C-TPAT Certification
  6. Knowledge in process related to the IATF Certification
  7. Inventory control, demand analysis, and problem-solving
