¿Qué harás como Account Manager en Sealed Air?Como Account Manager en Sealed Air serás responsable de gestionar, mantener y desarrollar la base de clientes asignada dentro de tu territorio comercial. Tu objetivo será maximizar las ventas y márgenes, fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes actuales, identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y garantizar que Sealed Air sea percibida como un socio estratégico, profesional y confiable que aporta valor a sus operaciones.

Para desarrollar relaciones sólidas con los tomadores de decisiones clave en cada cliente.
Para elaborar y ejecutar planes de negocio significativos para las cuentas estratégicas.
Para gestionar pedidos, entregas y niveles de inventario conforme a las políticas de la compañía.
Para garantizar el cumplimiento de los términos comerciales y apoyar en la gestión de cobranza.
Para brindar presentaciones, capacitaciones y soporte técnico a clientes cuando sea necesario.
Para contribuir al desarrollo y lanzamiento de nuevos productos o iniciativas de marketing.
Para colaborar estrechamente con las áreas de operaciones, finanzas y marketing para asegurar un servicio integral y eficaz.
Experiencia comprobable en ventas y gestión de cuentas, preferentemente en la industria del empaque o alimentos.
Habilidad para construir y mantener relaciones comerciales duraderas.
Capacidad demostrada para identificar y asegurar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
Fuertes habilidades de planeación estratégica, análisis y toma de decisiones.
Nivel avanzado de comunicación y negociación.
Dominio de herramientas de Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Conocimiento de SAP (deseable).
Inglés avanzado conversacional (reporta a nivel regional).
Capacidad de autogestión, organización y pensamiento sistémico.
Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional y, ocasionalmente, internacional.
Licencia de conducir vigente.
