Warehouse Management staff manage processes & teams associated with planning, directing, and monitoring all warehouse activities related to movement, storage, and inventory control of materials, finished goods, tools, and packaging including:


• Expedición y recepción

• Almacenamiento

• Manipulación de materiales

• Cumplimentación, preparación y embalaje de pedidos

• Control de inventario y gestión de registros

Un líder de equipo supervisa a los empleados de nivel profesional (generalmente de entrada o nivel experimentado) y también puede supervisar a algunos empleados paraprofesionales.
Las responsabilidades generalmente incluyen:

• Establecer metas y objetivos para los miembros del equipo para el logro de los resultados operativos.

• Los problemas enfrentados pueden ser difíciles, pero generalmente no son complejos.

• Asegura que las políticas, prácticas y procedimientos se entiendan y sigan los informes directos, los clientes y las partes interesadas.
