Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Specialist


Hybrid | Guadalajara, Mexico

We are looking for an experienced
Data Loss Prevention (DLP) professional
to join our security team and play a key role in protecting sensitive data across enterprise environments. This is a
client-facing, hands-on role
requiring strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience
    in Data Loss Prevention / Data Protection
  • Proven expertise in
    designing and implementing Symantec DLP solutions
  • Strong knowledge of
    Data Privacy & Data Protection concepts
  • DLP policy configuration aligned with business requirements
  • Experience deploying
    DLP software/firmware updates and patches
  • Coordinate with
    OEMs
    for implementation and support issues
  • Hands-on experience with
    Jira & Confluence

Technical Expertise

  • Data Protection technologies:
  • DLP (Database, File, Email)
  • Encryption
  • Data Masking (Static & Dynamic)
  • Test Data Masking
  • PKI
  • Integration of DLP with:
  • SIEM

  • Collaborate with clients to translate business and security needs into effective DLP solutions
  • Drive continuous improvements in DLP processes and controls
  • Mentor and support team members
