What you'll do

  • Conduct research on industry campaigns, covering competitor trends, market analysis, and related topics, to inform and shape actionable campaign strategies.
  • Support the Operations Manager with planning and structuring tasks, including streamlining reporting, tracking, and post-campaign reviews.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing processes that improve operational efficiency and team workflow.
  • Contribute creative ideas to campaign content and execution, bringing fresh perspectives to enhance impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation and alignment of campaign initiatives.

What you'll need

  • Currently an undergraduate/graduate student or a recent graduate.
  • Academic background in Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in English and local language.
  • Strong passion and curiosity for the Web3 industry.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (a plus).
