YOUR ROLEThe Commercial Operations Analyst is responsible for managing daily broadcast log production to ensure accurate scheduling of revenue-generating elements in alignment with client expectations and order parameters. This role requires strong expertise in workflow processes, system optimization, and issue resolution, including oversell, conflicts, and sponsorships, while collaborating closely with Ad Sales, Pricing & Planning, Programming, and Operations teams. The analyst maintains compliance with deadlines, ensures data accuracy, and leverages advanced system knowledge (Rassilon, EyeMax, iDeal) to streamline operations and support network priorities.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES- Primary log production responsibilities that result in completion of daily broadcast log including/not limited to:
- Log QC/clearing validations, denied inventory reports, EyeMax/BinSweep, bin management, and log exporting.
- Consistent adherence to established processes and workflows to prevent errors.
- Timely communication and escalation of potential roadblocks to Team Lead/Manager with input on decisioning.
- Delivery against daily deadlines.
- Daily communication with partners to work through basic and complex sales, promo, and inventory issues with sales, P&P, and O&O.
- Contribute to team projects and personal/team goals aligned with department priorities and WBD Guiding Principles. Emphasis on expanding technical skillset, professional development, exposure/experience with cross network nuances, ability to absorb additional tasks or provide coverage as needed.
- Completed a minimum of 1 year in a Commercial Operations role
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
- Effectively prioritizes tasks to consistently meet daily deadlines while adhering to established processes
- Exhibits flexibility and adaptability based on fluctuating business needs and seasonal demands
- Resolves stakeholder issues through strong problem-solving and follow-through
- Proficiency in Comm Ops systems, including Rassilon, Aries, EyeMax, iDeal, Chrome Extensions and macros
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring appropriate parties are included/notified
- Actively pursues skill development and continuous personal and professional growth
- Strong team player with a growth mindset to move the team and business forward
