Head of Operational Excellence and Industrial Engineering

Location IRAPUATO, GUANAJUATO

YOUR TASKS

  • Managing and implementing the operational excellence system with all measures at the location, as well as controlling the use of employees and the interfaces particularly between O2F and I2P process
  • Executing lean production as well as Kaizen activities for direct and indirect areas. Coordinating Forvia Excellence System (Forvia ES) deployment and implementing the fundamentals of the processes of "Production System" and "Plant Management" in Forvia ES, moderating and supporting the budgeting, planning and reviewing of Forvia ES deployment
  • Develop a systematic approach to ensure that Operational Excellence and Industrial Engineering methods are applied and executed within the location

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Solid background in implementing and sustaining
    operational excellence systems
  • Capable of training and coaching others in excellence
    methodologies.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive
    continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience in line balancing, time studies, and
    process optimization.
