Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

The role has the responsibility to support PMF/AFH Sales Team in sales reports & analysis, customer catalogue, list of current materials and follow ups aligned to sales team requierment

Your Impact

As Sales Enablement Analyst your functions would consist of:

  • Dashboard AFH: Download sales data, match Customer IDs, align catalogue with 2 more areas
  • Detailed customer reports: Download sales data and match with AOP, FCST and IBP
  • No sales report: Match Customer hierarchy with sales data
  • Dashboard Special Customers: Re estrucutre sales data into new routes, supervisors & Regions
  • AFH Sessions: Presentation with sales team, reviewing Gross Sales, AOP and FCST
  • Working hours 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachellor's, Associate in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or similar
  • 1 year of experience
  • Advanced skills on communicate with other teams and functions
  • Advanced Skills in Excel, Power BI; Basic: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Intermediate conversational English; oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
  • Proven ability to communicate with different Stakeholders
  • Organizational skills, and service oriented .
  • Analysis skills
