Where and how you can work
Our headquarters is in sunny Sydney, Australia, but our team spans the globe. While we support flexible, remote-friendly ways of working, for this role, we're focusing on Mexico City, Mexico, so we can best support our teams and keep collaboration flowing.
What you'd be doing in this role
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
Coaching and enabling Country SEO Leads across LATAM to achieve full strategic autonomy
Synthesising local SEO performance insights to inform global strategies.
Evangelising SEO within regional leadership and influencing resource prioritisation.
Collaborating with other Regional SEO Strategists to scale systems thinking globally.
Guiding experimentation with AI search trends and next-gen discovery channels.
Ensuring strategic alignment across language clusters (e.g., Spanish variants across LATAM)

You've worked cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams in a global setting.
You're fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
About the team
You'll be part of Canva's International SEO team within the Logged Out Experience Group. This team plays a critical role in helping users discover Canva across global markets. We work across regions, languages, and content surfaces — from templates to landing pages — driving top-of-funnel growth and long-term value. It's a team where systems thinkers, craft leaders, and regional advocates come together to drive scale.
