Únete a nuestro equipo como Help Desk Junior Bilingüe (Home Office) para recién y participa en la resolución de incidentes, soporte remoto y mejora continua de la experiencia del usuario.

Requisitos

  • Recién egresados de carreras relacionadas con Tecnología, Sistemas Informáticos, etc.

  • Indispensable tener un nivel avanzado del idioma inglés (oral y escrito).

  • Disponibilidad de trabajo tiempo completo.

  • Conocimientos sólidos de Sistemas Operativos Windows/Linux/Mac iOS).

  • Conocimientos sólidos de equipos de red, conectividad, Active Directory y Email (creación de usuarios).

  • Se requiere disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y días festivos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Acompañar a los clientes en la instalación de aplicaciones y periféricos de computadora (impresoras).

  • Hacer preguntas específicas para diagnosticar problemas.

  • Guíe a los usuarios con instrucciones sencillas paso a paso.

  • Realizar resolución remota de problemas.

  • Pruebe formas alternativas hasta que se resuelva el problema.

  • Personalizar las aplicaciones de escritorio para satisfacer las necesidades del usuario.

  • Registrar problemas técnicos y soluciones en tickets.

  • Dirigir los problemas no resueltos al siguiente nivel de personal de soporte.

  • Seguimiento con los clientes para garantizar que sus sistemas estén funcionales.

  • Documentar los comentarios de los clientes.

  • Ayudar a crear documentación técnica y manuales.

  • Mantener y resolver problemas en LAN/WAN/VPN.
