Nos encontramos en búsqueda de profesional que pueda gestionar el ciclo completo de tickets garantizando el cumplimiento de SLA, así como coordinar de manera efectiva al personal técnico en campo.
Funciones principales:
- Seguimiento puntual de tickets y nivel de servicio (SLA).
- Coordinación de ingenieros en ruta y asignación de incidencias.
- Comunicación constante con personal técnico en campo.
- Control, revisión y resguardo de evidencias y documentación dentro de la herramienta de tickets.
Requisitos:
- Bachillerato concluido o Licenciatura en Sistemas Computacionales o afín.
- Experiencia indispensable supervisando o coordinando ingenieros en campo.
- Manejo de herramientas de gestión de tickets.
Ofrecemos:
- Sueldo mensual bruto: $13,900
- Prestaciones de Ley
- Convenios institucionales
- Horario: Lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 18:30 hrs
Sábados: guardias remotas de 8:30 a 14:00 hrs
- Zona de trabajo: Metrobus Ciudad de los Deportes, Insurgentes Sur
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
Sueldo: $13, $13,900.00 al mes
