Buscamos:
Analyst, Clients - Automatización (Temporal por seis meses)

Misión:

Diseñar, construir y gestionar los tableros de control que permita monitorear el cumplimiento de la entrega de la oferta de valor a clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Identificar el riesgo y el control en el proceso operativo para sistematizarlo y generar los alertamientos proactivos en los entregables para cada cliente.
  • Diseñar en conjunto con las áreas involucradas en el proceso, servicio o entregable el panel o tablero de control por responsable en la cadena de valor.
  • Alertar fechas próximas a vencer y vencimientos gestionando su resolución.
  • Automatizar informes personalizados a clientes y documentar dichos procesos.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura:
    Administración, Ingeniería o afín.
  • Conocimientos básicos del cargo:
    Conocimiento en gestión de indicadores y procesos, análisis de datos, dominio de herramientas de mapeo de procesos y paneles de control.
  • Herramientas: manejo de Excel y Power BI.
  • Experiencia requerida:
    mínimo 6 meses en puestos similares en el sector financiero.

Buscamos:
Analyst, Clients - Informes (Temporal por seis meses)

Misión:

Desarrollar, mejorar y optimizar la información del proceso del Comité de beneficios para nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades:

  • Consolidación e integración de la información de mercados proveniente del equipo de Advisory e Inversiones.
  • Extracción, consolidación y análisis de la información de performance de los productos y contratos por grupo empresarial.
  • Adaptación de la información de acuerdo con el manual de marca.
  • Construir tableros y/o herramientas que permitan la generación y monitoreo permanente de los informes, reportes, información y demás indicadores.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura:
    Administración, Marketing o afín.
  • Conocimientos básicos del cargo:
    Conocimiento en visualización avanzada y storytelling con datos.
  • Herramientas: manejo de Excel y Power Point.
  • Deseable: manejo de Power BI y conocimientos del mercado financiero y productos de inversión (fondos, contratos, benchmarks).
  • Experiencia requerida:
    mínimo 6 meses en puestos similares en el sector financiero.
