Analista Field Service (inglés intermedio)

***EMPLEO PRESENCIAL***

Objetivo del Puesto

Brindar soporte técnico en sitio y remoto a usuarios finales, asegurando la correcta operación de los equipos de cómputo, redes y servicios tecnológicos mediante la atención oportuna de incidentes, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.

Responsabilidades Principales

Atender y dar seguimiento a tickets de soporte técnico de manera eficiente y dentro de los tiempos establecidos (SLAs).

Realizar instalaciones, configuraciones y mantenimiento de equipos de cómputo y periféricos.

Brindar soporte técnico en sitio (campo) u oficinas según necesidad.

Ejecutar tareas de cableado estructurado (validación de nodos, etiquetado, pruebas, etc.).

Gestión de inventarios

Documentar actividades realizadas, soluciones aplicadas y reportes técnicos.

Requisitos

Carrera técnica o ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o afín (trunca o concluida).

Experiencia mínima de 1 año en soporte técnico a campo.

Preferente sepa conducir y cuente con licencia de manejo.

Conocimiento en cableado estructurado (normas, herramientas, tipos de cable, pruebas).

Ubicación

Disponibilidad para trasladarse a diferentes ubicaciones (según se requiera por el puesto).

Jornada Laboral

Lunes a viernes, con disponibilidad ocasional para guardias o soporte fuera de horario.

Sueldo 18 mil pesos mensuales + prestaciones de Ley
