Position Overview

  • Assist the manager with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations
  • Follow up on projects and tasks, tracking progress and execution status
  • Support coordination and daily communication with third-party service providers and partners
  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and managing business-related documents and records
  • Collect, organize, and maintain customer, order, and operational data; support basic reporting
  • Assist with content updates and information organization for internal or external platforms
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners in both Spanish and English
  • Provide support for ad-hoc or special operational tasks as required by business needs

Requirement:

  • College degree or above; major not limited (Business, Logistics, International Trade preferred)
  • Fluent Spanish and working-level English
    (email and basic meetings)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-focused
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools
  • Previous experience as an operations assistant, coordinator, or similar role is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with good time management skills

Monthly salary: MXN 12,000 – 15,000 (before tax), depending on experience
