Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily business operations and assist the Country Manager in ensuring smooth execution across projects, partners, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager with daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Follow up on ongoing projects and action items, tracking progress and execution status
  • Coordinate and communicate with third-party service providers and business partners
  • Prepare, organize, and manage business documents, contracts, and internal records
  • Collect, organize, and maintain customer, order, and operational data; support basic reporting
  • Assist with content updates and information organization for internal systems or external platforms
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners in Spanish and English
  • Provide support for ad-hoc or special operational tasks based on business needs

Requirements

  • College degree or above; major not limited
  • (Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related fields are a plus)
  • Fluent Spanish and working-level English (email communication and basic meetings)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and execution capability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and common office tools
  • Previous experience as an operations assistant, coordinator, or similar role is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with good time-management skills
