Remote Carrier Sales Representative

GH Logistics is a growing transportation and logistics organization focused on building reliable carrier networks through discipline, consistency, and long-term relationships. We operate with high standards for execution and accountability and are actively expanding our carrier base to support ongoing freight operations.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to support carrier sourcing, relationship development, and daily freight execution in a remote environment. This role works closely with operations and leadership to help strengthen our carrier network and support consistent freight movement.
This position follows the same expectations and standards as our in-office carrier sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and contact carriers to build and maintain professional working relationships
- Communicate directly with dispatch and operations contacts
- Support onboarding of new carriers and assist with required documentation
- Help secure capacity for assigned lanes and daily freight needs
- Maintain accurate carrier notes, follow-ups, and availability records
- Coordinate with operations to support service expectations and recoveries
- Follow established processes for communication, reporting, and performance
Incentive Structure
In addition to hourly pay, this role includes performance-based incentives tied to:
- Carrier relationship development
- Consistent capacity support
- Service reliability and follow-through
- Overall contribution to carrier network growth
Incentives are evaluated on a recurring basis.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in carrier sales, brokerage, dispatch, or logistics operations
- Experience communicating directly with carriers and dispatch teams
- Comfortable making outbound calls and negotiating professionally
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and follow-through

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $220.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
