Ofrecer Servicio de Atención a Clientes para la línea de negocio A&H, SPL, VIDA, Basic Book, Hogar, etc. en la apertura y seguimiento de sus reclamos de siniestro vía telefónica.

Dar de alta los siniestros reportados por los asegurados de las líneas de negocio A&H, SPL, VIDA, Basic Book, Hogar, así como también asesorar a los asegurados en el proceso para las altas y sus seguimientos
