About the Role
We are seeking a driven and engaging Customer Service Sales Representative to join our remote team. As part of a fast-growing US-based energy company, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our cost-saving electricity solutions, and guiding them through a simple enrollment process.
This role is ideal for individuals who are confident on the phone, motivated by performance, and excited about helping customers lower their monthly electricity expenses—while earning competitive commissions for each successful sign-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers (all leads and phone numbers provided)
- Clearly and confidently explain the benefits of our electricity-saving service
- Answer questions, address concerns, and guide customers through the enrollment process
- Track and update call logs, leads, and conversions accurately
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and friendly tone
Qualifications
- Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or cold calling (required)
- Strong phone presence, persuasion skills, and customer-first attitude
- Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently
