En e&e ShippingCo, una empresa dedicada a brindar servicios de corretaje aduanero y logística internacional de alta calidad, está en búsqueda de Customer Service con experiencia en tráfico y logística internacional. La posición requiere un perfil responsable, proactivo y con alto nivel de organización para dar seguimiento a embarques, coordinar documentación y asegurar una comunicación efectiva con clientes y proveedores.
Requisitos
· Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en tráfico o logística internacional.
· Inglés 50%
· Excelente presentación.
· Responsable, proactivo(a) y resolutivo(a).
· Licenciatura en Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Aduanas, Comercio Internacional o afín.
Funciones principales
· Atender y gestionar requerimientos de clientes.
· Dar seguimiento a embarques y procesos logísticos.
· Coordinar documentación y comunicación con áreas internas y externas.
· Resolver incidencias operativas.
· Mantener actualizados controles y reportes.
Ofrecemos
Sueldo: $12,000 a $15,000 mensuales
