About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Insurance Claims Assistant to join our team. This is a remote position that requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, as you will be speaking directly with insurance adjusters, following up via phone and email, and assisting with claim documentation.
You will work closely with our team to manage insurance claims efficiently, update records in Xactimate, and ensure smooth communication between all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with insurance adjusters by phone and email to follow up on claims
Use Xactimate to update and manage claim information
Maintain organized claim records and documentation
Assist team members with various administrative tasks as needed
Participate in video calls and virtual meetings
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Own a Windows or HP computer in good working condition
Working phone with reliable service
Stable high-speed internet capable of handling video calls
Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST
Ability to work up to 60 hours per week during peak seasons
Prior experience with Xactimate or insurance claims is preferred but not required (training available)
Compensation:
Starting pay range: $3–$6 per hour based on experience
Opportunities for increased hours during busy seasons
