What you will do:
- Support and execute employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions
- Partner with teams to implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture
- Provide day-to-day P&O guidance to employees and managers on policies, performance, and employee relations
- Assist in coordinating learning and development programs to support career growth and skill-building
- Maintain accurate People data and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Collaborate on regional and global People Operations projects to improve processes and drive operational excellence
What do we need:
- Collaborative, team-oriented attitude — able to work effectively with cross-functional, regional, and global teams
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset — ability to maintain accurate employee data and track metrics
- Experience supporting learning & development initiatives — coordinating training, career growth, or skill-building programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — capable of building trust and promoting a positive workplace culture
- Strong organizational and time management skills — able to prioritize multiple HR processes (onboarding, transitions, offboarding) efficiently
