What you will do:

  • Support and execute employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions
  • Partner with teams to implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Provide day-to-day P&O guidance to employees and managers on policies, performance, and employee relations
  • Assist in coordinating learning and development programs to support career growth and skill-building
  • Maintain accurate People data and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
  • Collaborate on regional and global People Operations projects to improve processes and drive operational excellence

What do we need:

  • Collaborative, team-oriented attitude — able to work effectively with cross-functional, regional, and global teams
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset — ability to maintain accurate employee data and track metrics
  • Experience supporting learning & development initiatives — coordinating training, career growth, or skill-building programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — capable of building trust and promoting a positive workplace culture
  • Strong organizational and time management skills — able to prioritize multiple HR processes (onboarding, transitions, offboarding) efficiently
