PropyLaw is a fast-growing legal-tech startup modernizing real estate contracts across the U.S. We build automated, compliant, and scalable legal workflows for landlords, brokers, and real estate firms.
You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and gain real startup operator experience — not clerical work.

Role Overview
As an Executive Operations Intern, you will help run the daily operations of the company and support executive-level priorities. This role is designed to grow into a future Chief of Staff / Operations Manager profile.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and organize executive inbox, messages, and follow-ups
• Track tasks, deadlines, priorities, and internal requests
• Assist with internal operations and workflow coordination
• Support documentation, data organization, and process improvement
• Help manage repetitive and administrative-operational tasks
• Support onboarding, scheduling, and internal communications
• Assist with basic CRM, spreadsheets, and reporting

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong written communication skills
• Responsible, proactive, and reliable
• Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and basic productivity tools
• Interest in startups, business operations, consulting, finance, or law
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
