Your Contribution:
The SSC AP Intern is responsible for supporting the implementation of processes and standards within the AP function.
Analyze and improve AP's response time to vendor and user inquiries.Document late payment cases and root causes (aging workflows, invoice submission).Support activities related to payment runs.Analyze and support for the improvement of aging AP, invoices in backlog and others.Support special improvement projects (e.g. complementos de pago, GR/IR accounts).Your Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent (7th semester onwards)Bilingual (English/Spanish) 90% Knowledge of Excel (vlookup, pivot tables)Excellent analytical skillsTeam work and self-driven, with desire to learn. Excellent communication and organizational skills.Self-motivated, and Detail Oriented.High attention to detail.Our Offer:
