Resumen
La visión del equipo de soluciones en sitio de Motion es apoyar cada aspecto del recorrido de energía, mantenimiento y confiabilidad mediante la entrega de soluciones de valor agregado, tales como soluciones de almacén (storeroom), soluciones de confiabilidad (monitoreo de condiciones) y soluciones de sustentabilidad (aire comprimido, vapor, calidad de energía, entre otras).

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones internas y externas para hacer crecer el negocio de soluciones en sitio.
  • Crear propuestas personalizadas que cumplan o superen las expectativas del cliente.
  • Asumir la responsabilidad del cumplimiento de los objetivos de visitas a sitio, cotizaciones y generación de ingresos.

Habilidades y Calificaciones Requeridas

  • Se acepta experiencia desde nivel inicial hasta nivel senior.
  • Fuerte enfoque técnico relacionado con el puesto.
  • Se requiere licenciatura y experiencia laboral equivalente.
  • Se prefieren certificaciones de la industria relacionadas con confiabilidad, sustentabilidad y soluciones de almacén.
  • Bilingüe: español/inglés. Nivel de inglés intermedio/avanzado (capacidad para comunicarse de forma fluida en conversaciones técnicas).

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación; dominio de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook) y manejo de interacciones telefónicas.
  • Persona automotivada y orientada a resultados.
  • Demuestra entrega consistente de resultados repetibles.
  • Alto nivel de inteligencia emocional para una colaboración efectiva.
  • Disposición y capacidad para viajar según se requiera.

Estructura De Reporte

  • Reporta directamente al Gerente Senior de Ventas.

Métricas De Desempeño

  • El éxito se mide por el cumplimiento de los objetivos trimestrales de ingresos.

Ambiente y Condiciones De Trabajo

  • Puesto de trabajo remoto.
  • Viajes requeridos del 30–40 % dentro de la geografía asignada.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en diversos entornos industriales (incluyendo condiciones frías, calientes, húmedas o secas) utilizando el EPP estándar.
  • Capacidad para levantar de forma segura hasta 50 libras.
