What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls and messages

  • Schedule plumbing jobs accurately and fast

  • Ask the right questions to understand service issues

  • Troubleshoot basic problems by phone using construction knowledge

  • Update tickets in CRM and internal tools

  • Coordinate clearly with U.S.-based dispatch and technicians

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years customer service experience

  • Plumbing or construction background (required)

  • Understanding of basic construction terminology

  • Fluent English, spoken and written

  • Confident troubleshooting issues by phone

  • Tech-savvy with CRMs and online tools

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on plumbing experience

  • Home services call center experience

  • Real estate or property management exposure
