Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for experienced Customer Services Representatives to join our Helpware team.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be addressing a variety of customer inquiries in a personalized, friendly, and informative manner, providing an exceptional customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
● Respond in a professional manner to customer concerns via phone, chat, and email
● Other tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
● 6-12 mo in a retail environment
● Fluency in English with professional English writing skills
● Full-time availability
● Women's retail knowledge in sizing, plus sizing, fabric, etc.
● Knowledge in return processing, order management, crisis-management
● Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
● Experience working with a luxury brand is a plus
● Experience working with an ERP system is a plus
● Experience working with Reamaze/Shopify Plus is a plus
