Purpose of the job
You will support the onboarding and offboarding experience for our North American Zone, hiring our new employees into our HRIS System (Workday), host orientation sessions, coordinate onboardings with key stakeholders and conduct exit interviews with departing employees.
Key Responsibilities
Input data into HRIS (Human Resource Information System), Workday, with great detail-orientation Oversee & execute New Hire orientation including scheduling presenters, communicating with multiple stakeholders, and providing a white glove experience Working closely with the People Team and Talent Acquisition team to schedule & coordinate onboardings Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and liaise between Hiring Managers, New Hires and HR/People Managers regarding onboarding and offboarding processes Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks to ensure proper IT and Functional Onboarding for New Hires Conducting and analyze exit interviews/data Provide feedback and identify opportunities for efficiencies of routine processes Work to provide innovative, technology-based solutions for task optimization and data reporting. Identify root cause issues and work with stakeholders to achieve prompt solutions.
Required Skills
Level of Education: BA/BS degree or higher
Technical Skills:
- Bilingual in English an asset
- Knowledge of HRIS systems (General Workday knowledge is a plus)
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- Power BI, Power Automate experience is an asset

Some previous Human Resources work experience is a plus, however junior/entry level candidates will be considered
