Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?Purpose of the jobYou will support the onboarding and offboarding experience for our North American Zone, hiring our new employees into our HRIS System (Workday), host orientation sessions, coordinate onboardings with key stakeholders and conduct exit interviews with departing employees.Key ResponsibilitiesInput data into HRIS (Human Resource Information System), Workday, with great detail-orientation Oversee & execute New Hire orientation including scheduling presenters, communicating with multiple stakeholders, and providing a white glove experience Working closely with the People Team and Talent Acquisition team to schedule & coordinate onboardings Serve as a Subject Matter Expert and liaise between Hiring Managers, New Hires and HR/People Managers regarding onboarding and offboarding processes Manage multiple time-sensitive tasks to ensure proper IT and Functional Onboarding for New Hires Conducting and analyze exit interviews/data Provide feedback and identify opportunities for efficiencies of routine processes Work to provide innovative, technology-based solutions for task optimization and data reporting. Identify root cause issues and work with stakeholders to achieve prompt solutions.**Required Skills**:Level of Education: BA/BS degree or higherTechnical Skills:- Bilingual in English an asset- Knowledge of HRIS systems (General Workday knowledge is a plus)- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Applications- Power BI, Power Automate experience is an assetSoft Skills:- Strong people process understanding- Relentless People-Centric mindset- Strong collaboration skills- Strong communication skills both written & verbal.- Excellent prioritization, organizational skills and abilities.- Innovative, creative, result driven, and process oriented.- Continuous process improvement mindset- Capable of effectively managing multiple demands from a variety of sources- Not afraid to ask “why” and question the status quo.Clients & StakeholdersPeople Team New Hires/Hiring Managers Talent Acquisition TeamMain KPIs & SLAs Onboarding Hires Ontime in HRIS System (Workday) Exit Interview CompletionConsiderations applicable to this vacancy:- You must have a minimum of 1 year of seniority in the company and in your current position.- The vacant position should represent a lateral move or at most one level of organizational growth.- The move should not represent a demotion.- It will be verified that your OPR rating is aligned and corresponds to the type of move that this vacancy represents for you.- For all positions under the North America management, the required English level is C1.
