Objetivo Del Puesto
Supervisar, coordinar y optimizar las operaciones de producción en planta, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos diarios de calidad, seguridad, entrega y eficiencia. Liderar equipos y promover una cultura de mejora continua mediante la implementación de herramientas Lean Manufacturing, control de KPIs, y metodologías de resolución de problemas.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Coordinar y supervisar las actividades del personal operativo asegurando el cumplimiento del plan de producción.
  • Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI´s) en calidad, eficiencia, scrap, productividad y seguridad.
  • Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua aplicando herramientas Lean, 5S, Andon y trabajo estándar.
  • Atender situaciones críticas o desviaciones en los procesos productivos.
  • Participar en transferencias de proyectos y ramp-up de líneas de producción (deseable).
  • Gestionar conflictos, fomentar un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y asegurar el cumplimiento de entregas en tiempo y forma.
  • Colaborar con áreas como ingeniería, calidad, logística y mantenimiento para garantizar una operación integrada.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad e higiene industrial.

Perfil Requerido

  • Ingeniería concluida (Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica, o afín)
  • Experiencia:
  • 2 a 4 años en posiciones similares en empresas de manufactura (automotriz o metalmecánica).
  • Experiencia liderando personal sindicalizado.
  • Conocimiento y gestión de KPIs de producción.
  • Deseable experiencia en transferencias de proyectos o crecimiento de planta.
  • Conocimiento en sistemas MRP y paquetería Office (Excel avanzado deseable).
  • Inglés técnico/intermedio deseable.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de manufactura, materiales y estándares de calidad.
