Position Overview

We are looking for a Bilingual Legal Support Assistant who enjoys working with people, communicates with clarity and empathy, and takes pride in staying organized. This role supports attorneys and paralegals by managing client communication, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring each case is handled with care and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in fluent English and Spanish
  • Provide clear, empathetic, and professional updates to clients
  • Keep client files and case records accurate and well organized
  • Follow established procedures to support legal workflows
  • Use CRM platforms and internal systems to assist the legal team
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth case handling

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles
  • Strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving ability
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Must live in Guadalajara and be available to work on-site
  • Full-time availability, Monday through Friday
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Administrative or legal support experience is a bonus
