Key Responsibilities

▸ Provide technical support to end customers and secondary distributors

▸ Conduct product demonstrations (both in-person and remote) and post-sales training

▸ Troubleshoot installation, configuration, and application issues

▸ Collect and relay product improvement feedback

▸ Develop localized technical documentation and training materials

Mandatory Requirements

✓ Advanced AutoCAD proficiency (on-site test required)

✓ Autodesk official certification preferred

✓ 5+ years of hands-on CAD experience in architecture/mechanical fields

✓ Bachelor's degree or higher (Architecture/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines)

Preferred Qualifications

☆ Working knowledge of SolidWorks or other mainstream 3D design software

☆ Background working in architecture firms/design institutes/manufacturing enterprises

☆ Experience in technical service or training

☆ Business-level English (for international coordination)

Work Details

  • Location: Querétaro, Mexico
  • Travel: Domestic travel within Mexico (1-2 trips/month)
  • Equipment: Company-provided high-performance mobile workstation

Compensation & Benefits

→ Base Salary: Starting at MX$15,000/month

→ Annual Bonus: 2-4 months' base salary

→ Travel Allowance: Reimbursement + per diem

→ Comprehensive Benefits: Including health insurance & pension

→ Skill Development: Regular Autodesk certified training
