Project & Service Manager
to lead programs, projects, and services end-to-end — from initiation to closure — in a dynamic, fully remote, and international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of projects and services
    , including:
  • Initiation
    : define objectives, identify stakeholders, assess risks, and support PMO tool setup.
  • Planning
    : gather client requirements, define scope, estimate resources, build the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and plan costs and timelines.
  • Execution
    : coordinate teams, lead internal and client meetings, manage conflicts, and ensure adherence to processes.
  • Monitoring & Control
    : track progress vs. baseline, manage changes, ensure quality and timely delivery, and maintain stakeholder communication.
  • Closure
    : confirm deliverables, gather client acceptance, document lessons learned, and release resources.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal technical teams.
  • Collaborate with the PMO to support tools and process definition.
  • Provide continuous updates to the Technical Direction on project status.
  • Support pre-sales activities and help shape technical proposals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience managing programs, projects, and services.
  • PMP certification (PMI) is highly valued.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, OpenProject).
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA, or Master's required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Proven leadership of remote, international teams.
  • Ability to inspire group commitments to goals and objectives; Supports everyone's efforts to succeed.
  • Ability to make timely decisions and manage priorities with an analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, and customer orientation.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones and adapt to complex systems.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the cybersecurity field.
