We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service Agent fluent in Spanish and English to join our team in Albania. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our global clients. Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via live chat, email, and calls in Spanish and English.
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
Guide customers through our platform, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Report bugs, issues, and feedback from customers to the technical team.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and processes.
Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Uphold company policies and ensure all communication reflects our brand tone and standards.
Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in shifts (including weekends and holidays, if required).
Willingness to relocate to Albania.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Competitive salary based on experience and language proficiency.
