Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries professionally and empathetically
• Accurately collect and input client information into internal systems
• Prioritize and manage multiple urgent tasks effectively
• Follow up with clients to complete intake forms and clarify information
• Maintain organized, up-to-date records of client interactions
• Collaborate with team members for seamless client onboarding
• Use CRM, scheduling, and communication tools to manage workflows
• Stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Maintain a courteous, client-focused tone in all interactions
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly empathetic with a client-focused mindset
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure

• Comfortable managing calls and documentation simultaneously
• Experience with intake processes and data entry

• Prior experience as an Intake Specialist is strongly preferred
• Candidates must be fully comfortable working 100% on site in Chihuahua $1,100 - $1,100 a month
