The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Social Media Coordinator to ensure seamless continuity of day-to-day social media operations during a transition period. This role is execution-focused, ensuring scheduled content goes out accurately and on time across our core platforms.

This position does not involve strategy development or audience growth initiatives. Instead, it is centered on reliable delivery and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Content Publishing & Operations (90%)

  • Execute and maintain the existing content calendar on LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
  • Support two primary brand channels with consistent posting cadence
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect approved copy and creative assets
  • Handle ghost-posting for executives using provided copy
  • Schedule content using a social media management platform (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite)

Monitoring & Escalation (10%)

  • Monitor comments and mentions across channels
  • Escalate sensitive inquiries to relevant internal teams (Customer Support, PR/Comms)
  • Note: This role does not write responses or manage community engagement directly

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of corporate social media or digital publishing experience (B2B preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage posting on LinkedIn and X
  • Proficiency with social scheduling tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — error-free publishing a must
  • Comfortable working independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills for internal coordination
  • Advanced English (is a must)
